Mosquito Defense
I am coming out with family including realtively elderely father who has a mild heart condition. What is the most effective mosquito repellent and methods of defense. I think I have read that some repellants are not to be used with heart conditions. Obviosuly we will check with Doc before travelling but wondered what the local advice is.
Thank you

I am not sure about the citronella canisters but I have found that mozzies love citronella candles.Never been so badly bitten as when we put them round the patio table.
Just a thought

Of course the other one if you don't like Marmite is brewers yeast tablets.

Mossies
Thanks to the marmite brigade I will try that, but would like to also try the citronella burners. I suppose Mestre Meco is the best place to start but if anyone see them on sale please post on here
This is the UK advert but the problem is in transporting the cannisters on a plance, and I don't fancy a spell down the Scrubs!!

Don't really fancy sitting outside a restaurante covered in sun oil, but thanks for the tip anyway
Actually, sitting ouside a bar reeeking of marmite, covered in sun oil, with my calor citronella burner roaring away on the table, with an ambulance parked outside for Pa , just in case, does not paint a pretty picture does it???
I think I will stick to conventional repellants I think.
