Electricity and water limits on rentings

I would like to have some generic reasonable values for the Electricity consumption (KiloWhat/hour) and water consunption (m3) for a Villa to be rented for one week, for eight persons, no garden, no pool.
Do you owners control this?

I’m not sure I entirely understand what it is you’re after. If you’re contemplating trying to limit utility consumption by your tenants, I would recommend you forget it and just ensure that you charge an appropriate rent to cover the costs. In my experience, most clients are reasonable and don’t abuse water usage. That being said, we do make a point of emphasising that water is a valuable (and expensive) resource in the Algarve – particularly so this year by the sound of things!
