What is ever enough ??? - Youll never know till you have a fire (obviously we hope that never happens).

Adding a fire blanket in the kitchen might be also a good idea though

If the original question is concerned with forest fires sounds hysteria to me, unless your apartement is in the middle of a pine tree forest...

Thanks Iane for your useful suggestion, we will also get a fire blanket.
Guest, you may have thought it a stupid question, but we want our guests to be a safe as possible, hope wherever you every stay has such precautions!

There might be a legal requirement for fire safety equipment anyway when renting out to guests? The apt. we usually stay in has a fire extinguisher but unfortunately have never noticed smoke alarm which is the real life saver.
