I'm very new at the Villa rental business and likewise when it comes to building a website........Can anybody recommend a good Web designer that can put together a good site ...who can teach me how to update it (Calender etc).....that wont cost me an arm and a leg..??...or in others experience is it better to go on somebody elses communial website........please lets hear some views of people that have done .....Oh yes I also want to be able to 'Link' into other UK websites........should I be talking to somebody in Portugal (Where I live) or should I go through somebody in UK......any help muito appreciated...

Debs, had you spotted that the links on the left only work from the front page and not from any of the others? For me anyway.
Aside from that it's smart isn't it? Nice layout.

Very kind of your offer to help me do one myself......I havnt a clue where to start.......If I do one myself can I have one that is interactive....with the calender updates etc and with links to other websites.......I really want a professional job and of course happy to pay for this..........what do you think Debs..??

I have helped people create their own 'amateur' websites like mine which they can then alter, update etc. on their own, if that's what you mean.

Hi guest,

I'm no professional but have just developed a website about a skiing resort in Bulgaria (not quite CVO I know) and although it took many hours to do the skills involved are no more demanding than using Word or Excel.

I have not attempted an interactive calendar yet but imagine this is just a piece of 'bolt on' software.

If you have got the time give it a go yourself. You will save a fortune and might even enjoy it.
