Update for those interested in the Avon range! They don't do the 'Woodland Fresh' fragrance any more. It is now called 'Soft and Fresh' instead. I think it is the same, but the name has changed, that it all. I will have to get someone to test it for me to make sure though!

If a mere male may be allowed to comment on this -- looking at a bottle of Avon Original Skin-so-Soft (my wife's before I get any snide comments) with a green top, it clearly states that is the 'unobtainable' Woodland Fresh.

Just a label change - hope this helps all you mozzie bitten people.

Hi Trotter,
Just for you the code for the new soft and fresh is 25742 and its £5 for 150ml.
Ive never purchased anything from Avon before but this sounds like a godsend! Im usually eaten alive so I am willing to give anything a try. Already stocked up on marmite!!

There are lots of different products in the range - depends what you want. There's body lotion, dry oil spray, bath oil, body bar etc. I don't know the UK codes - maybe they are the same as the Portuguese ones? But there are some offers on the UK website:

I have used the Avon product and it seemed to work, however, I have little or no sense of smell. Now that I know the details I shall discontinue using it , I dont want to smell of wintergreen oil and wee !!!

Well, I'm gonna mix mine with Brut - for that 1970's 'Splash it all over' Henry Cooper smell...

Should be a big hit with the ladies.

Saw one in Lytham, St Annes on Sunday - but scared it off with my Brut! Amazing stuff, it kills 99% of all known pests (except chicks - coz they luv it)
