Hi
Does anybody know where we can hire a tennis court and racquets for an hour or two?, we only want a knockabout with our children, we are novices.

Hi Tricky - you can hire the courts at Pestana Golf by the hour - don't know about racket hire but I am only a couple of hundred yards away and we have several you could borrow if you like.

You can also hire the courts at Carvoeiro tennis club - again don't know about racket hire but you could phone them on 282 357 847 or email ccdtenis@mail.telepac.pt

Thanks Graham, I new I could rely on you for the info, will contact you re rackets if we get stuck. We are over from the 4th till the 11th April - Can't wait.

Hi Tricky,

Can't remember where you are in Carvoeiro but I am sure you can hire a court at QDP or at Hotel Solverias. I think the charge at QDP is about 7 euros an hour. We will be at our villa on QDP from next Sunday evening and will happily lend you racquets or QDP reception will hire them to you. You can also go and play at the main tennis club where it costs around 10/12 euros/hour and there are various activities going on all the time there. You don't have to be a member to go and play there - they welcome visitors.

We are at Vila Nova, so just up the road from both the places you mentioned.
