Sorry for not replying sooner. My friend does have the necessary financial backing to do whatever, yes (ie he has more than enough money to spend on it), but he is only interested in buying the place for himself. So it looks as though the place may stand as it is for a while longer..........

the stain on sopas trousers was ''piss'', the house will fall to the sea one day, the house bellongs to ''capitania de portimao'' they the ones that decide if the house is suitable for anyone to buy it, the millionaire can keep is money because the ''capitania'' are very strict when it comes to safety, good luck for Dalssacian if he wins the lottery, where's the end of the rainbow?.................
