does anyone know who owns the restaurant next to charlies bar (i think it may be called churrasqueira........just wondering if it may be rentable????

It is called Carvoeiro Restaurant and owner is offering the place freehold for € 500.000,- including a large storage downstairs and the license to rebuild the snackbar on the beach below...
