Hi,

Can you comment on availability of foods for people confined to the above and, indeed, availability of such foods in local and regional restaurants?

Hello Val.Quite a few ingredients are available in the Intermarche just outside CVO ie ricecakes and there is a little health food shop opposite the hairdressers on the road into town which have rice milk and other things.As for restaurants you are probably safe with grilled fish or meats,rice and salads or veg.Lentils and pulses and nuts are all in plentiful supply so you shouldnt havetoo much trouble(also soya products)Have a good holiday.

Brrr, it's quite cold here in Canada. It looks so sunny and WARM on the CVO web cam. Yes, can't wait till March.
