12 month rental required

My wife & I are currently in Carvoeiro but would like to rent for up to 12 months a T2 Apartment/villa/townhouse in the Carvoeiro area.
Must have fully equipped kitchen and cable for internet. Maid services not required. Price to include water & electricity 400-500 euros per month. We are very honest and prompt payers and will keep your property clean & tidy.
