Better to buy euro's in U.Kor Portugal

Could any one tell me if its better to buy euro's in U.K or in Portugal

I don´t think it makes much difference where you buy your Euros. I reckon it might be best if you come over with enough for a taxi and one day and just top up now and then from an ATM machine. The rate they give when your account is debited seems to be ok

Just make you try and use an ATM on a sunday- in high season they always run out!!
