Realty prices

It seems to me that prices for apartments in and around CVO are higher than most of the Algarve. Does anyone think it is justified, or over priced?
I have also heard that the general property market in Algarve is likely to cool over the next 3 months, any ideas?

If you look on the property owners pages, we recently had a discussion about it, and there a lot of sensible views from people who know what they are talking about (unlike me!)
