Super Moon

We're so lucky it was perfectly clear here in CVO for this momentous event. Well, lets say it was just a very bright full moon, but got a lot of publicity.

Where was the photo taken from ?

Up the hill to the right of the beach, past Tia Ilda, almost at the bend I set up a tripod on the wall and then with lots of zoom and some judicious cropping back home, but no other messing about, we get this unusual view.

I saw it from Rocha Brava and was disappointed. It appeared slightly larger than normal but nothing to get excited about.

Had no chance of seeing it, too much cloud here in west of Scotland (nothing unusual I hear people shout!!)
