Parking tickets
Are the parking ticket machines on the "out" road covered up yet or are they still in operation? Can't remember if Sept or Oct when put out of use.

Parking tickets very much in force at the moment. Saw a bunch of cars on the out-road opposite Hemingways being Denver Booted (or is it Carvoeiro Clogged?) the other day for not having paid coupons!
