Looking for an optician

Does anyone know if there is an optician in the Carvoeiro area who doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I will shortly need to have my eyes tested ( I do this every 2 years), and the last time the eye test, glasses frames and lens cost over 400 euros. I cannot afford to go down thisd route again. So if anyone knows of someone, please would you let me know.

Thank you for the recommendation Richard. At 1.14 to the pound I have got to get working harder !! However it will cost Lesley far less than the € 400 she spent last time !!
