Could someone please inform me what the illuminated sign in the foreground of the webcam image refers to? It may seem a minor detail, but as I rely on it for views of the town I love, I have become quite obsessional about it.

I never saw a limey look
with such a wistful eye
upon that little webcam pic

It's not a neon sign, but a metal sign with information about cultural going ons in Lagoa. The light reflects on it making it look neon!!!
