Mini Market closed

Post by Aldo »

I was sad to see the mini market which opened in the old Barclays Bank site has closed. It was very handy and good prices especially the times when we did not hire a car. The near one near Vimar is very expensive (but still open!)

Do you think that maybe there is a relationship between those two points ?

Could be but its always empty when I pass, potentially they have another business which supports it. Still wont use it, the other one was a lot better.

was closed up and empty when we visited two weeks ago. Last September I visited this mini market a few times for small purchases. It was closed on one of the occasions for lunch  . I met the two ladies who were running it on my way back into town. I don't know everything they stocked but suspect that they had enough supplies on hand to have lunch on the premises. Just struck me as odd business to close a mini market for lunch.
