Come on Richard - just let Pato in. He's like the "Father of the House" and Dennis Skinner all rolled into one as far as the Forum is concerned. He has never done any harm to anybody.

At least he owns a property in CVO and has tried to lighten the mood at times. He also has a lot of experience to contribute.

This doesn't answer Pato's question ! He wants to know how to get into the Coffee Shop. Does he have to apply and if so how? - or is membership only by invitation ?
