Expect them to take most of the earnings They do provide a complete service though. We only use our place out of season and they manage to fill it during the summer months. They are also very good when it comes to maintenance, their guys know the properties inside out. During the summer, you have to give them plenty of notice if you want to use your place. The best thing to do is have a word with Patricia to get the ins and outs.Lowthian wrote:Hi laserblazer, I am thinking of taking out a contract to let with qdp for next year, do you have any advice.

Carmo has sent me an estimate, & there doesn't appear to be a lot left after the fees & utility bills but i suppose it's better than nothing.
I was thinking of asking somewhere else, but QDP have the advantage of being on site.

Remember you will need to pay the condo fees anyway if you want your guests to be able to use the facilities. They are pretty strict on it now.
