FNAC at Algarve Shopping

This is further to my previous post regarding buying a Dyson hoover in Portugal. I have been trying to contact FNAC(to no avail) to see if i could reserve a hoover and collect it when i arrive, on route to CVO from the airport. Problem is that i can't find an email address that works. I have tried telephoning using their customer services number but its not recognised. Does anyone know or had experience of pre-ordering with this company or does anyone have an email? Appreciate any help as i would so like a Dyson Dc35. Sad isn't it!!!

Thanks for the link but i already know they sell the model i want. However i do not know if they stock this item in their branch at Algarve Shopping. If they do stock it, then great i can just pick one up. If they don't then i want to find out if i can arrange for to be collected when i arrive. Would appreciate any help on this topic.
