Toughing it out !
This year has been the slowest for rental bookings in the past 10. We decided to stay with our Agent (of 10 years) & hold our prices at 2013 levels, today we finally booked our last available week. We have only discounted 1 week this year (20% for very late booking i.e. less than 10 days before arrival) & charges for aircon, pool heating, wifi etc. all held up well.
So, moral of the story, cheap villas (often illegal) like cheap flights sell quickly at the beginning of the season. More expensive ones "stick" but, eventually, the Great British families forced to holiday at peak times due to school holidays, make their choice. We only offer our place to Brits as our agent doesn't advertise abroad not for any other reason.

Just seen this. Wait until the master suite is built. Today we got the OK so very happy. You and Sharen can visit new year, when the build should be in the very early stages, then prices go.UP.
