I can confirm that music in the square is paid for by Progarve, Lda, restaurants Patio and Piu, with help of O Barco.
Licences are given by Junta de Frequesia, autherised by town-hall and harbourmaster (capitania). The town-hall takes care of the stage.
About 4 or 5 times during the summer the town-hall with the DGT organises the music, those days nobody will visit the square because of
the noice. The town-hall wants to be sure that everybody in the concelho
can hear it, from Ferragudo till Porches, so bars and restaurants in rocha brava,algarve sol, quinta do paraiso, monte carvoeiro etc, cannot complain those days.
Don´t forget live music in the square brings people into the whole village,not only into the square.
New webcam in the square will be installed soon.
