yes, I own up it was me that posted the terrible post about headandtoes prices. No I'm not advertising, I couldn't give a shit where anyone gets their nails, massage, face and other body parts done. I was just pointing out that their prices are quite high, bearing in mind most residents (that would possible use this type of service) here are drawing pensions or earning LOW wages. Surely they want regular clientes not just one off ones? How many shops, bars, restaurants, etc open and close in the same year, come on Gambo you've been here long enough to know that

As for locking the subject, well that's crazy or doesn't it interest you??? I sugest you read all the crap writen about Julio's and other places and lock that

This site is full of the most unsubtle advertising by means of very thin posts which then splash a web site to advertise the business activities of the person posting. I should be interested to learn why G picked on this one.

Now why did you go and post it as a guest, B1D? Really not making my life any easier (incidentally, the locked post comes with the reasoning behind locking it).
The restaurant review section is there for a reason and is hopefully going to become the means to the end of better quality in Carvoeiro gastronomy.
The prices at fromheadtotoe are on the site for everybody to see and I am absolutely positive that everybody who has had those kind of services before are more than capable of judging wether that is overpriced or not. Therefore, unless you left there with multicoloured hair or missing a toe, I see no reason to torpedo the company.

G - All very reasonable and I agree with you about the restaurant review mentions - we have certainly found new places over the years and enjoyed many meals thanks to the views expressed by other forum members. OK, so Julios doesn't meet with everyone's approval (including ours, we too have had a bad experience there) but we all have our opinions and I look forward to reading many more on various subjects. After all we are all wanting to enjoy ourselves in CVO, whether we are tourists or guests.
