i see you use the same technique as me to be online in work.....but hey , it doesnt stop us being professionals...

Exactly Mike, what I tend to do also is leave a topic "on line" and I usually get an e-mail telling me that there has been a reply to that particular topic, so there is no time wasted at all. Trouble is some people take what you say literally - no sense of fun see - but there you go :!:

Speak later, cheers

Hello DeeW and Bleeker,

Just come back from a long day travelling from London to Blackburn and back and I didn't realise that sitting on train for 6 hours could be this tiring.

Had a look at your posts and just wanted to thank you for the support!
Now I AM moving over in February but it might take slightly longer to get the whole business started.

However, i've been in touch with the embassy and they've just sent me loads of stuff on relocation and opening a business so I have some interesting reading to do!

I love the idea of name sandwiches after people on the board. Everyone has been so helpful and I think that it's definitely a good idea.

How about I send a little form round to get everyone's favourite sarnie fillings and then I can start basing my menu on that!

Oh God, everyone has got me so excited about this project. I just want to move and make it happen now!

Thanks Tricky,

Save me looking silly!

But at least I'll have an interesting sarnie on the list. And I know what a boiled egg looks like (even sliced)

Blimey, all that travel in one go! My Dad just drove back to Switzerland but he did it in two days.
Think I'll be reminded of the joys of travelling that long when I move.

So we're having Tricky's coronation chicken, Bleeker's sirloin pate with herbs and sliced egg, keep em coming!

Tricky, cat is doing ok thanks. Banging into a lot of furniture because she is sporting a very trendy funnel type thing on her head.

I'm always hungry! I love food.

Mmmmm and something with the lovely prawns they have in Portugal.

And how about goat's cheese and roasted peppers.

That's an idea. Introduce sandwiches by making them sandwich of the week and if they are appreciated, add them to the menu.

At this rate, I'll soon have an empire
