You are right Pato, the best Piri Piri should not come with a sauce or need one. It should be the marinade and the basting liquid that gives it its flavour.

Pato, Emm. Chicken does come already piri piri'd. Guess cater for those who like that added heat! Prefer home made additional sauce rather than a selection of different manufactured sauces presented in the bottles which I got in one establishment.
