Been looking everyday for last few weeks - i reckon they're around 3 weeks behind last year. But the Sept/Oct flights 2013 were a few weeks later online than previous yr.

We booked new year in very late March 2012. I believe those flights were released about a day before, so watch this space.

We have already booked our Oct flight when they were first released.
We now want to book our return in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and Marcg flights.

But we have noticed one significant difference this year, when the April flights were released they were expensive, they have now come down substantially. It may no longer be such an advantage to book early.

I don't understand why they are doing that. I thought they offered lower cost seats at the beginning to help get cash in?

Why not book the one-way now and the return when it becomes available ?

Flights for End Oct to Jan have been availble all morning today if using the Easyjet App on a smartphone, but not on the website yet!

I booked flights for 1st week of November from BTL to Fuerteventura at 10 o'clock this morning. Bl##dy expensive though compared to previous years! Paid £145 return each in November 2012 (booked March 2012) - just forked out £185 each return.

Simple - demand and tighter supply controls by Ejet.

From BTL it's v noticeable that, due to Cardiff airport woes, demand for all Med-based (and Canaries) flights is v high, due to increased human traffic from across the Severn Bridge.
Plus, add on the Ejet/Thomas Cook partnership deal to some Med destinations....and.....
Increased price of oil.

Suspect though that flights to Faro in Winter will be cheaper than my-just-booked Fuerteventura flights.

Just done a quick quote on my Ejet App on the smartphone

BTL to Faro and back - leave BTL on Thurs 31st October, returning on Monday 11th November (bit random i know) - £100 return, but does NOT include a suitcase charge (just hand luggage).
Cheers

EDIT:

Ejet website now taking bookings for end Oct to end Feb.
Cheers

same with Belfast in February this year. When released they were just over €100 return (I convert before payment) later reduced to just over €50 return, before increasing again. I found Ryanair much cheaper in October than EJ so they got the October returns. (€160 return for 2 from Dublin) Prefer EJ to RY but a bargain is a bargain.
