walking group

Hello Geoff,

we are staying at four seasons Q do L for a few weeks from 26th January, and would like to join the walking group if we may?
do we just turn up or call first? look forward to hearing from you.
Are you aware of a birdwatching group, U3A group and Yoga or body balance classes nearby?

Yes, just turn up.....though its helpful to say on the respective site page if you are coming, then we can always wait a few minutes if you are held up.

Not sure where " four seasons Q do L" is, sounds a long way from Carvoeiro? I don't know of any U3A activity in Portugal ( we are members in UK) , nor of a bird watching group, though can suggest various bird watching places ( Salgados, Alvor, Castro Marin) and there is a bird ringing demo place at Alvor. Carvoeiro Tennis Club run Aerobics & Zumba & I think Yoga, but ask my wife Sue about those when you come on a walk.
