Try Amazon. I bought a vacuum cleaner from them to replace my ageing Dyson and it qualified for free delivery. When I had a problem with it under warranty they sent me a replacement free of charge and gave me a freepost label to return the old one. Excellent service

I live here permanently and I have bought several things from Amazon and had them delivered herefree of charge. Amazon used to use send stuff by post but now this involves couriers and they can no longer deliver to my apartado so I have to specify a different address. Go online and have a look at what they offer on www.amazon.co.uk

Amazon great prices a little more than quoted as Vat (IVA) here is slightly higher than UK. Free delivery on anything over £25 as long as the order if fulfilled by Amazon, if article from another supplier delivery charges apply. All my Christmas shopping delivered to the door.
