The indoor and outdoor pools at Vale d'Oliveiras are very good but you require to wear a batheing cap in the indoor pool. The gym is popular with resort users. Also a sauna and jacuzzi.

Most public pools insist on a swimcap and pool shoes.

Does anyone know if non residents can use the fitness suite at the Tivoli hotel on a pay as you go basis?

I have just returned from 18 days of excess in CVO
I attended Zumba at Algarve 2000 in Vales Centannes. Mandy was excellent and we ha a great work out for 4 euro. Highly recommended I actually came back lighter!!! Is never been known
