Reducing fire risk !1

The events of the weekend and the horrific fires in the east should remind us all of the risk of fires during the long hot summers.
Apparently the situation was made worse due to the build up of scrub, dead branches etc which in the past were cleared away in the spring.

What is the legal situation if we hop over our boundary and move a build up of old branches etc away from our property ?

Who cares if it worries you & is a fire risk, just do it.

Dont you do BBQ's - use it for that - wondeful starter fuel and environmetally friendly

Sorry, i didn't really mean that of course -
it was the Monty Python-esk vision of some of the Carvoeiro folk i've met all hopping around on 1 leg over fences that made me do it
