Floor tiles

Does anybody know how much a local tradesman would charge to lay floor tiles? I'm guessing that they might charge per square metre.

The cost would depend on the floor size. I know a very good builder who would do an excellent job for you and wouldn't rip you off. If you are interested give me a PM and I will give you his number.
