tech help needed

hi folks,

any sapo mail customers out there can help me?

my hard drive blew & I have a new one, a consequence being that I've lost all my email history and contacts

I'm trying to set up my new mail account and have fallen at the first hurdle, the wizard is asking me

Account type which I'm assuming is POP of the 3 offered

then it asks a description?

then the 'Incoming mail server'?

then my username

then password

I'm assuming my user name is my email address?

and password my normal email p/w?

I think I remember setting up originally 2 years ago that incoming & outgoing was different, POPsapo, and POP2?

any help much appreciated,

I'm out of Carvoeiro at the mo and so can't call SAPO,
