Because Biffa has a 'vested' interest.
I always buy at CEPSA when I'm on my way in or out of Carvoeiro they also carry lots of useful items.

Just got euros at 1.195.....bet some smart arse has done better :D

On Monday the best we could get was 1.19.3. So Bruce when you got your 1.20 euro recently for the pound think you did bl**dy well. :D
