I'm getting fed up with this!

Post by Mike,Chislehurst »

Where are the messages that require info? Where are the messages that state experiences? Where are the messages that belong in the chat room, I'll tell you where they are, they are on this forum and and as soon as they transfer the better, or I'm off as well

how do you think this forum develops a sense of community - it is because subjects go off topic now and again.
As an example Bock seems to be a new poster and he wants to know more about Ellie----who doesn't?
If this forum is to stick to just asking/answering the bloody questions with no sense of fun involved then I'd think a load of miserable old gits lived and holidayed in Cvo--- or would I be right Mike?

Appreciate your answers chaps but I think you are missing the point. First of all I contribute and read this forum on a daily basis but not necessarily under my log in. However I never go as guest! But I am getting fed up trawling through a load of garbish which has no relevance to CVO. By the way Eco I do and enjoy your input, guest, who are you when you post on line?
Chit Chat is for the chat line, that's all I'm saying! For the record I've posted at least 6 messages over the weekend so don't say I don't frequent this forum occasionally and have done so for the last couple of years! Forum member number three I think!

I only go as guest when you jump down my throat accusing me of sarcasm in reply to one of your questions about a telephone no. having a digit added or something in it? Think Tricky supported me on that one? - she was as confused as I was.

You have a habit of jumping in with your feet Mike- I helpfully replied as a guest where the Wetwilsha hotel was - you said it didnt exist!

Otherwise the name is Pammie who is usually in Cvo. with a smile on my face day and .....night :P

Mike - I agree with you, a lot of idiocy has been posted lately - tiresome to trawl through - and people who like nothing other than to see their name posted on the board, many of whom behave like rejects from the Benny Hill show.
I'm sure it will pass soon though. Lets hope so.

Mike what on earth are you saying.

'I contribute and and read this forum on a daily basis but not necessarily under my log in. However I never go in as guest' If you dont contribute under your log in then you must be a guest!

'For the record I've posted at least 6 messages over the weekend'. Is this the riveting posts on the prices of O'Cantino in 1994 ? Is this what we should be posting?. Is this what the people want, that makes them come back time and time again to the forum

This forum is for everybody. Mike, different people have different views as to what should be posted, and what should not. It's been said many times before - you don't have to read it.

I don't think you are going to change what is posted, and by threatening to leave - well, that will be your loss

Just read your contribution Sandy - dont think old Mike will be too enamoured with you either since most of your posts don't seem to meet his minimum requirements, i.e messages that require info and messages that state experiences about CVO.

Strange bedfellows

Mike, you've been here long enough to know that the fourm ebbs and flows, and, I might add, posters come and go. This is just a phase.

I haven't noticed any questions that have gone unanswered.
(and usualy it's the same questions over and over again)

If the "chit chat" bothers you, and I admit it gets old, go to greener pastures.
Hell, I'll even throw you a going away patry.

If you think somthing needs to be changed, take it up with Steen.
