End of the summer Fiesta
Square was packed last night, band was really good but this year no music to the fireworks. Nice evening all round. Town is a little quieter now though.

We came in just as the procession started up the hill to the church.
One thing that we noticed was that the more " tourist " restaurants were quieter than those that have a more Portuguese focused menu.
We went to O cantinho, by the time we left there was not an empty table with other customers waiting. I would have thought the clientele was 80% Portuguese.
As reported the square was packed , as we had been up since 3.am fatigue got the better of us and we did not stay for the fireworks.
