Can't remember the name of a restaurant....

We are returning to Rocha Brava next week after a break of 4 or 5 years.
I remember going to a place above the town beach with lovely views, pasta and pizza type place, with a lovely outside seating area. Is it still there?????
Thoroughly looking forward to a relaxing week, with teenage children instead of small ones...one with a broken collarbone, so no slide and splash for him!!!!!

Come on Logicob.....nobody in their right mind would recommend Boteca.

Great location....but the worst restaurant in Carvoeiro, by a country mile!!!

Anyway, Willsmum, said the place she wants overlooks the Town Beach, so...Martins? Tia Ilda??

BW never been to O boteco so I do not know what it is like, some one does as they have put it on the map. The question was is it still there and my answer is yes. Don't blame me if you do not like it, just trying to be helpful to someone on the forum.

Tia Ilda sounds familiar....I remember driving up a very narrow road and there was possibly another restaurant above it ?

Whatever you do, don't drive up the hill now as it's one way down hill.

They probably include some Pizzas and pasta.....but primarily a general restaurant, alot of stuff done on a big barby, doing excellent kebabs as I remember!
