Kiddies train to Ferragudo.

Hi, we're coming out in September with a 3year old and 1 year old and have been looking for things to do with them. Can anyone tell me what days the kiddies train goes to Ferragudo and roughly what time it leaves Cvo and returns? Thanks, Monty.

Hi monty i think the train goes tuesdays and fridays.

This is our understanding as well. I believe the train leaves around 11am in the morning, but you will need to get there earlier as we have seen people queuing to get on. Not sure what time it comes back but I know that you get a couple of hours in Ferragudo, but if that is not long enough for you, you can also stay and get a taxi back. If you go to the pasteleria in the square called A Praça they will call a taxi for you and it will cost you around €10-12.

Hi there. This sounds great, I've not heard of this before. Is this different to the land train you see in the square? Where does this kiddies train pickup from?
