Don't knock it Stacey, you'll be glad of your 'youth' genes once you're over 25! :D

Hi All,

I thought about posting a picture of myself & Family - and then realised that all would not appear normal!!!!!!!!

If you saw a picture of someone called Lotte - you would probably (& correctly!!) think of a female - well in fact Lotte is my Daughter!!! - She wanted to join the forum, but since joining, she hasnt wrote one message!!!!! its always been myself - Chris (Lotte's Dad!!!!!!) or my wife!!!!!!!!!

So - I hope that helps to avoid the confusion, if we do decide to send in a picture of my ugly mug!!!!

I hope anyone who is in CVO at the mo - Is having a ball!!! - sadly, I think its going to be next year before weI can get there again!!

Cheers

Chris (Not Lotte!)

Lotte, do you really think usernames reflect a members' real name? Apart from a few others, I am one that really does use his/her real name. :D

Some forums have the facility to add an avatar which appears alongside each item a member posts. It's an instant reminder rather than having to go to the members gallery.

Is that not possible here?

Yes, but it is bandwidth greedy. On my Hisaronu forum (few members) we all have Avatars.

This is mine:

This is Sharen's:

See what I mean - wouldn't it be fun? Point taken about the bandwidth issue though, it was just an idea.

If you're using the prosilver board in User Control Panel, you can add an avatar to your signature . . . but don't let Steen catch you. 8) Take a look at my profile to see mine.

Thanks for the info Michael. Don't think I'll bother, because: (a) Still not visible without going to another page. (b) I'm scared of Steen. :(

Why not use the facilities available or should I say facility, the ice cream shop web cam !
Sit on the wall opposite and have a mugshot taken every 30 seconds. The webcam from the restaurant is a bit too far off to pick anyone in particular out. Just remember the date and time then pick it out from the archive, simples.
