want 2 ask sum last minute stuff b4 i cum 2 carvoeiro
1) what are the laws on drinkin etc. age limits for things basically.
2) wheres the best place in carvoeiro 2 do sum shoppin? generally 4 cheap jewellary n accesories etc.
3) wheres the nearest watersports centre spesh 4 paragliding?
4) is the water park worth going to?
5) what can we not miss out on wen there?

My advice is, just go and experience. Don't be prepared and have yourself surpised.........CVO is goooooood for ya youngsters even fur sum OLD E's like myself! AV FUN

....Drinking ...simply dont drink and Drive...I've done it and Ive been locked up in Jail ...just don't do it....But you can drink at 18..same as UK I beleive...
Paragliding.....Go into the 'Gerry Breen' web site...they do all that stuff from Lagos aerodrome...Unless you want real flying in Vintage planes.Then go to Alvor Aerodrome and you can Loop the loop and all that stuff....In 55 year old vintage planes....Ive also done that and its fantastic..
Water World Stuff....Once again just 10 mins from Carvoeiro..Slide and splash...Buses always available or drive towards Portimao and a few mins...you will see big signs for Slide and Splash....Jewelry.Lots of markets here...check out web sites for this and market days...

Hi Clare, I’m 19 and have been going to Carvoeiro for many years! The drinking age limit is actually 16 so you should have no problems! Very generous sevings in most bars to! Slide and Splash is ok for an day out although I haven’t done it for a while as I generally sleep through the day and when wake dive onto a sun bed! The beach in the square has water activities like jet ski’s, water skiing, pedalos, banana boats but no paragliding! Hope this is some help may see you out there!
