was told by a couple about this firm (see below) and who claim they are a part of a firm called Kelvin Travel of Perth with an ABTA number - yet according to the ABTA website Kelvin Travel have had their membership terminated .

Does anyone know more information?

I don't know them but as a general rule I won't do direct business with internet based firms that don't have proper details of their legal status and full contact details on their web site. This includes firms they say they are associated with.

If this firms claimed parent company has lost its abta status why would anyone want to do business with them.

Elsewhere on this forum thare are many recommendations of golf portals/agents.

Stick to the locally well known and reputable agents. Richard Ballington of Algarve-Golf has an excellent reputation - tell him I sent you - you get a good price, I might get a beer from him - listening Richard

Why do you need other information? just kick them into touch, ABTA don't terminate membership lightly.
