folks,

I've heard that there's a national lorry drivers strike starting at midnight tonight, the recent ones in Spain caused slight panic buying of fuel/ home necessities so it might be an idea to fill the car up;
not confirmed but word has it that the disruption is planned to last a week,

The unions have said this morning on local TV that the strick we go on as long and necessary.

Have you seen the price of Diesal and Petrol ?? plus all these new tolls coming into place all over the country from next month, they want more surport from the Goverment to either reduce price of fule tax or give them TAX breaks

I have seen the fuel costs, I was over last week. I was just interested if that was why, or was it the tolls, or something else.
