If you have an annual service contract with this company including 24/7 telephone call out are you contractually comitted to use their burglar alarms or could you use an alternative supplier / installer ? If so, any recommendations for reasonably priced alarm installers please?

Charon/Prosecom. I got rid of them when there response time was 40 min after the brake inn(Not Accetable when the say to have cars in the area at all times)
