interesting piece on BBC Newsnight, needless to say all these reports concern "global" perspectives..I just wish they would ask for example why does it take Silves Camara three years to approve a licence to sell ice ream in A De Pera, the shop was going to employ 4 people - such wasted opportunities are so common.
