Using a UK Router in Portugal
Is anyone able to tell me whether I’m likely to encounter problems trying to use a UK compliant router in Portugal? I can pick one up in the UK far more cheaply than paying World Telecom €65 for one there and I’ll be far more familiar with a UK one. Appreciate any advice you can offer, Pete.

You should have no problem at all.

I'm not sure whether the phone 'jack' plug is the same in Portugal as in the UK. This may be your problem.
They're not the same but a relatively easy fix

I think they are a standard r11 or whatever they're called!

Yes you can use them without a problem, we brought two out one for the house and one for the office they work perfectly.
