lovely cozy Sunday lunch at Ma Ja´s with Mark having created a lovely Apple and Walnut pudding served warm with cream or icecream, a definate winter delight.

That pudding was to die for, and I don't normally liked cooked apple.

I had a delicious homemade beef stew and dumplings last night when we met with Lazerblazer. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Hi Alf1956,

We are located in Rua do Casino. If you come into Carvoeiro on the "in road" and then turn right at the Post Office and then immediately left you will find us about 100 metres up that road. We are currently closed for holidays but will be re-opening the middle of March - probably St Patrick's Day. We look forward to maybe seeing you then.

We serve a wide range of food, from snacks, tapas, jacket potatoes and salad bowls to traditional English fare and dishes from around the world

Our traditional 3 course Sunday lunch also proves to be very popular.

But please don't get the wrong impression, there is not an English flag to be seen in our restaurant

I will send you a PM with our web address so you can see for yourself what our restaurant has to offer.

Everything we have ordered at Ma Ja`s has been superb we have just come back from
five weeks at Rocha Brava over christmas and New Year and had several meals with
Mark and Jan
