Architect

Can anybody steer me in the direction of a proper architect in the Cvo area please. We are considering extending our property and need sensible advice and guidance that will take the planning to the Camara and if approved extend to overseeing the building work to completion

We used an architect called Sandra Botelho who works in partnership with Patricio Bernardes. She is young and speaks excellent English. She designed a 300 square metre house for us, obtained the necessary planning approval from the Camara and is overseeing the building work. She is handling an extension project for neighbours of ours out here.

Her fees were very reasonable and she is very thorough. She seems to have a good reputation with the Camara and we certainly obtained planning permission much quicker than other projects on our site.
