Does anyone know of a place where I can buy a dressing-up costume for adults near Carvoeiro? (Not a Santa one sadly :( )

You could try the Chinese shop on the Out Road.

There's a party shop in Lagoa near the Câmara, next door to the pharmacy, which does costumes. May be pricier though
