HUGE lunch today at a local restaurant in Lagoa...
Bread, butter and olives, choice of about 6 main courses all homemade (we had fish and pork), wine or beer, choice of dessert. Espresso and brandy = 18 Euros for two
Its opposite the Fatacil next to Ma Maison shop.
The menu is in Portuguese but the waiter was very happy to translate it for us.
Terrific value for money and very good indeed.

I've often nipped in here for a beer or coffee over the years, the present owner has really made an effort & the outside decking area makes all the difference.
