so I will just confirm we will both be at Rosa's Bar December 18 between 11 & 12 pm. If he's over his strop by then he might be persuaded to buy a round.

Although Rosa's bar has an inside section, the Portuguese aren't as strict on the no-smoking rules as they should be.
