How about Saturdays 11.00 - 12.00 at Bar Seismarias (Rosa's). By stipulating an hour a visitor is not wasting too much time, can have their cheapest drink on holiday, and there is no need for one of us locals to be there every week.
This does not mean that it cannot continue longer (and it probably will) and it is odds on that if this is to become the recognised time and place then we locals will turn up, if not every week, at least quite often.

I agree. The look on Sharen's face when she got the bill and a round for 5 cost less than a single drink in the Square was quite something

Incidentally, a lot of the locals (ex-pats and portuguese) have a 'get together' every day there

And I wrote "I've heard it can go on for sometime though".

Nothing to do with your little meeting with Shanaga', a joke (albeit a very tiny, not very good one) about the amount of time some of the expat' locals meetings go on for, days sometimes it seems judging by the state of them.
So it need not of involved you or Shaggy at all, had you not involved yourselves.

I have no wish to have a go at you or anyone else (unless necessary), I still find you as always, well usually, as fragrant as ever.
